Keep available for Zendesk as an integrated app or for any support platform using the Chrome Extension.
How it works
Keep's Smart Assist looks at a given ticket, analyzes your public and private content, and generates intelligent suggestions on how to move the ticket forward.
Suggestions can include:

Draft Answers: Editable responses that are likely to resolve the ticket.

Quick Links: The most relevant sources for the ticket, like docs, previous support tickets, and Slack conversations.

Summaries & To-Do's: Summaries of longer conversations and actionable remaining to-dos.

Other: Quick replies, strong emotions, and other glanceable hints.
Keep is fully conversational - support agents can ask for clarifications or even ask Keep to modify a suggested answer.
Additionally, the Turn ticket into FAQ mode creates FAQs from resolved tickets. You can save an FAQ to your Inkeep knowledge base or copy it as markdown for your help center or docs.
