Single Sign-On (SSO)

Inkeep supports SSO with Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure AD out-of-the-box. We also support custom SAML 2.0 identity providers on request.

Contact support@inkeep.com to enable SSO for your organization.

Inviting Team Members

Add team members to your organization to collaborate on projects and analytics.

How to Invite

  1. Go to Members
  2. Click Invite
  3. Enter their email
  4. Select a role (see below)
  5. Click Invite

The invited member will receive an email with instructions to access the dashboard.

Roles & Permissions (RBAC)

Inkeep uses role-based access control (RBAC) to manage what users can access and modify in your organization.

Organization Member

Basic access to view and interact with organization resources

Organization Administrator

Full access to manage organization settings, members, and all resources

Managing Team Members

Removing Members

  1. Go to Members
  2. Find the member in the list
  3. Click the three-dot menu and select Delete user
  4. Confirm the deletion
  5. The user will no longer have access to the dashboard
